The Harbinger Story

Many companies require tailored change management and training programs but are instead given a standard uniform program. While the one-size-fits-all approach has its benefits, the breadth and pace of change calls for something new.

In 2015, Harbinger was created to shake up the industry and provide organizations with the choice to choose something different.

The different being something that addresses both their specific situation and places an enhanced focus on enabling their unique people to have the ability to change with the company.

In just five years, we have grown our roster to a team of experienced professionals in change management, finance, communications, project management, instructional design, and training.

Today we are proud to have worked with a number of North America’s leading companies spanning across industries such as home services, construction, insurance, energy, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.

Meet our team of amazing Harbingers who make our work possible.
