Having spent decades travelling the world and working for several of the top consulting firms, Krista and Greg recognized the need for more competition in this space and a renewed approach to managing change.
Many of the companies they supported required tailored change management and training programs but were instead given a standard uniform program. While the one-size-fits-all approach had its benefits, the breadth and pace of change occurring called for something new.
In 2014, they created Harbinger to shake up the industry and provide organizations with the choice to choose something different.
The different being something that addresses both their specific situation and places an enhanced focus on enabling their unique people to have the ability to change with the company.
In just six years, they have grown their roster to a team of experienced professionals in change management, finance, communications, project management, instructional design and training.
Today they’re proud to have worked with a number of North America’s leading companies spanning across industries like construction, insurance, energy, pharmaceutical and goods and services.
