About the Event
The Practical Change Management Masterclass took a deep dive into best practices and concepts for managing change as part of everyday roles. This masterclass was a 2+ hour event designed in partnership with The Change Leadership to cover the evolving role of change management and the change leadership skills required, while also providing an opportunity for networking with like-minded professionals.
